Night shift nurse Joan Davis of Sicklerville is more than appreciative of the food trucks, all owned by women entrepreneurs including Sabrina Brill and Elizabeth Cortina of Not Your Mama's Tacos from Camden County NJ. "The trucks have been a godsend.
